How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping costs to the EU or internationally are displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

As soon as we have all the information we need from you to produce your products, we need about 1-3 days to process. Your package will then be sent via Deutsche Post as "goods mail" and you will of course also receive a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment until it is successfully delivered to you. Deutsche Post usually ships within 1-2 days, but we cannot give any guarantees here and cannot accept cancellations or returns due to longer delivery times that are not directly caused by us.


If you need a chocolate box at short notice, please write to us first via Whatsapp, as we also offer express delivery for an additional charge.
